Please choose your purchases carefully. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged or is the wrong size (clothing). In case of clothing, we will replace the exact style item in the correct size without charging additional shipping. All products that are damaged or defective will be replaced with the same style without incurring additional shipping charges. We apologize in advance for damaged good as that means we did not pack them correctly. Sometime items prove to be defection and it is missed by our packers. We currently ship products within the United States, with a flat rat of $2.00 for local delivery, and $3.95 for shipments outside of the local range. We also offer free in-store or curbside pickup. Our products are shipped by UPS ground. Please allow up to 7 days for your package to reach you unless you are in Alaska or Hawaii which can run up to 10 days delivery time. Our products ship Monday - Friday from VA with the exception of holidays. Please contact us if you need a product shipped by a quicker method. We will do our best to accommodate.
